Longtime NBA center Elden Campbell has died, according to multiple reports. The 7-footer played his high school basketball at Morningside High School in Inglewood and was drafted by his hometown Lakers in 1990 out of Clemson University.

Elden Campbell, who spent the bulk of his 15-year NBA career with the Los Angeles Lakers before beating his former team in the 2004 Finals, has died. He was 57.
